Watermelon Ljubljana by Bike – Guided Tours

We had a fantastic bike tour today with Tevž from Watermelon Ljubljana by Bike. Right from the start, he was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcomed and at ease. His storytelling was engaging throughout—he balanced the city’s history with updates about its modern transformation, keeping things both informative and lively.We appreciated how he highlighted Ljubljana’s recent developments and upgrades—whether it was new architecture, urban improvements, or revitalised green spaces, he seamlessly wove those into the city’s narrative. Great and fun way to see the main sites of Ljubljana! The bike was very comfortable and light. Guide was knowledgeable + friendly.

Tevz is a fantastic guide with amazing knowledge of his City and the country he is so proud of! Each stop was well chosen to give an opportunity to listen to stories and take some photos too! Ljubljana is such a beautiful City and Tevz took us all around it and into Tivoli park where we stopped for a drink. I quizzed about the more recent history and Tevz gave insightful and interesting answers which I appreciated as I remember watching it all on the UK news at the time. We did a shorter 2 hour tour as I was a bit delicate from the night before but we left knowing that with Tevz's great guiding and lovely bikes we saw a LOT more of Ljubljana than we would have if we'd have done a walking tour which basically just shows the bits you can see for yourself anyway.HIGHLY recommended! :)

It was a very good expérience with Tadej, he knows every little place in Lubjiana. He cares about his guest and provide good tips to travel in Slovénia. The bike tour was very interesting, and we have the occasion to make a stop over in the park. We recommand this bike tour warmly to visit Lubjiana with a local guide and very friendly man.
